Delivery & Installation Service
We have reached capacity for 2018 Christmas tree deliveries. Deliveries for 2018 are CLOSED.
If you pre-order your Christmas tree online, we can deliver your tree and install it in your living room. All you need to do is decorate and enjoy!
Delivery and installation of your real Christmas tree starts from $60.00 if you live in our ‘Brisbane Delivery Area’.
If you are not home for delivery:
Please leave some instructions in the comments section at the checkout so we know where to leave your tree.
It is preferable that we leave the tree in a safe and secure area in the shade. If you could provide a bucket of water for the tree that would be even better.
If no one is home and we have no instructions we will not accept any responsibility for consequences of leaving the tree unattended.
For a fixed $50.00 fee (if you live inside the Brisbane Delivery Area), we will dispose of your tree after Christmas. Contact us for a quote if you live outside the Brisbane Delivery Area and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Collections begin on Friday, 28 December 2018. We will be in contact closer to the time by email to confirm a timeframe. All we ask is that you leave your tree out the front of your home.
It is essential you follow these instructions to get the most out of your tree. Our trees are only as good as the care you give them.
Before you receive your tree we cut 1cm off the bottom to open up the pores. It is important to get the tree home and straight into water after doing so. Place the real Christmas tree in a Christmas tree stand (you can purchase them on our website). These stands can hold up to 4 litres of water as well as your tree.
Keep your tree in a cool, shady spot in the house away from heat sources and out of the elements.
You should expect the tree to take up additional water when you first get it home. Make sure you check the water level daily – it is surprising how much water these trees can take! If the water level drops below the trunk, the trunk may seal itself and not be able to absorb water and the stump will need to be cut again.
If you follow these instructions your tree should be at its best for about 3 weeks, although we can not guarantee the longevity of any tree.
